New Patron - John Williams MBE
The Trustees are thrilled to announce that John Williams MBE has joined The charity as Patron.
Williams, the son of a Tyneside fisherman, developed his passion for food at an early age. As Executive Chef at The Ritz, Williams oversees a kitchen brigade of over 60 chefs. In May 2024, Chef John Williams was named President of The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, through which he tirelessly promotes the education and training of young chefs.
November 2023 - ACE Chair, sarah Prentice presents cheque for £10k
Chairman Ruston Toms received a cheque for £10,000 from ACE Chair Sarah Prentice at the fund raising dinner at The House of Lords in November.
May 2023 - New Trustee Medina williamson joins the Team
The trustees would like to extend a very warm welcome to Medina whom is Head of Sales at the Landsdowne club in Mayfair. Medina brings a wealth of industry experience to our trustee team and is passionate about promoting hospitality careers.

February 2023 The University of West London announces the PM Trust Scholarship 2022/23 winner.
The selection committee at the Hospitality College decided that Claudia Husarz, Culinary Arts Management student, was the winning student. Congratulations from the Trustees.
November 2022 The ACE Annual Wine Dinner at The Law Society
A huge thank you to Sarah Prentice ACE Chair (photo right ) and the ACE Committee for organising a superb event at which approximately £6,000 was raised for the PM Trust.
